The Proposed Plan for Northland and the National Environmental Standards - Freshwater contain rules governing the use of resources within the Northland Region. The rules include provision for some activities being permitted provided the activity complies with the requirements, conditions and permissions specified for the permitted activity. A large number of permitted activities require notification to the NRC prior to the commencement of the activity.
This online form provides a portal for submitting that notification to the NRC. Please note, that an NRC monitoring officer may contact you for further information and/or to inspect the works being undertaken.
